Programs

This is a FREE rock climbing club designed specifically for Park County Teens, ages 12-18! The climbing will take place on three consecutive Wednesdays at a location close to Fairplay. The climbing location has plenty of shade, great views and is a 5 minute walk from the parking area. There are climbing routes grades 5.5 on up to 5.12 to suit everybody's skill level. Your AMGA certified climbing instructor will guide students on climbing technique as well as technical knowledge. There will be harnesses, shoes, chalk bags and any necessary gear for the teens to use. Just bring: a helmet | athletic clothing | sunscreen | water | lunch/snacks | extra layers/rain jacket. Transportation is being provided by the Boys and Girls Club.
