Programs

This is a FREE summer rock climbing series in collaboration with the Boys and Girls Club! Your AMGA certified single pitch instructor will guide kids at a location as close to home as possible. The climbing location has plenty of shade, great views and is a 5 minute walk from the parking area. There are climbing routes grades 5.5 on up to 5.12 to suit everybody's skill level. Topics covered include climbing technique as well as technical knowledge in a fun and supportive environment. All levels welcome! Ages 10-18. Younger kids will be considered with a parent volunteer present. There will be harnesses, shoes, chalk bags and any necessary gear for the kids to use. Just bring: a helmet | athletic clothing | sunscreen | water | lunch/snacks | extra layers/rain jacket. Transportation is being provided by the Boys and Girls Club.
